Compliance and your choices
What’s available today
This website provides product information, guides and previews. QymmoPay is in development; payment processing and lending aren’t connected, and financing applications aren’t open.
The website doesn’t establish a QymmoPay payment-service licence, regulatory approval or a confirmed provider partnership.
Payments and settlement
QymmoPay is being built to provide the merchant experience and business record. Under the intended partner model, a regulated payment provider handles movement, custody and settlement of funds, along with regulated payment checks.
Before payment access opens, the provider, available payment methods, fees and settlement terms will be identified. A payment request, successful payment and completed settlement will remain separate states.
Financing decisions
Licensed financial providers own their financial products, underwriting, financing capital and credit risk. They make approval decisions and set the pricing, agreements and repayment terms.
A record or product match can help prepare a financing conversation. It doesn’t mean an application is approved. Keeping a business record doesn’t require you to apply for financing.
Permission to share
The sharing journey is being designed so you can review the recipient, purpose, records, dates and access duration before agreeing. Contacting us or requesting a trial doesn’t give a financial provider access to your business record.
Stopping future access may not remove information a provider has already received. The provider’s terms and applicable retention requirements matter.
What a record can support
Provider-confirmed payments and information supplied by your business have different sources. The record is being designed to show those sources, the dates covered, corrections and gaps.
Missing information doesn’t prove there was no activity. A business record isn’t a credit score or a guarantee of eligibility.
Raise a concern
Email business@qymmopay.com about a website, privacy or product-information concern. Name the page and explain what needs attention. Don’t include passwords, PINs or financial account details.
For personal-data concerns, you can also contact Ghana’s Data Protection Commission. The Bank of Ghana publishes directories of regulated institutions, which you can consult when checking a provider.
